Republic of Guinea-Bissau Opens Consulate General in Dakhla

PERSISMA, Dakhla – The Republic of Guinea-Bissau opened on Friday a consulate general in Dakhla. The inauguration ceremony of this consulate was co-chaired by Minister of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Abroad, Nasser Bourita, and his Bissau-Guinean counterpart Suzi Carla Barbosa.

This is the 6th consular representation inaugurated in Dakhla in 2020, after the consulate general of The Gambia, opened on January 7, the consulate general of Guinea, which began to offer its services on the 17 of the same month, the consulate General of the Republic of Djibouti (February 28), the Consulate General of the Republic of Liberia (March 12) and the Consulate General of Burkina Faso inaugurated this Friday 23 October 2020.
