HM the King presides over Friday opening of the first session of the fourth legislative year of the 9th Parliament

PERSISMA, Rabat – HM King Mohammed VI will chair Friday the opening of the first session of the fourth legislative year of the ninth term, said on Thursday the Ministry of Royal Household, Protocol and Chancellery in a statement, which reads the translation:

“The Ministry of Royal Household, Protocol and Chancellery announced that His Majesty King Mohammed VI, may God assist him, will chair the opening of the first session of the fourth legislative year of the ninth legislature at the seat of Parliament and tomorrow, Friday 15 Dou Al Hijja 1435 AH, corresponding to October 10, 2014.

On this occasion, His Majesty the King, whom God glorifies, will address members of both Houses of Parliament: the House of Representatives and House of Councillors. Royal Speech will be broadcast on CBC radio and television from 3:45 p.m.”.
