Congo-Morocco-Medical Assistance Deploying the military field hospital Moroccan in Brazzaville

PERSISMA, Brazzaville, 06 March 2012 (MAP) – The Moroccan military field hospital in Brazzaville (Congo), deployed on instructions of the High King Mohammed VI, will be operational from tomorrow Wednesday, officials said Tuesday the Moroccan diplomatic sources.

Morocco has made this hospital as part of a dispatched emergency aid after the explosions last Sunday in an ammunition depot in Brazzaville.

A medical team of 21 doctors of various specialties, 32 nurses and a support staff will oversee the operations and care for victims of this incident, says the same source.

Five Moroccan aircraft were mobilized to deliver emergency aid which includes medicines, health kits and medical equipment.

The Congolese Minister of Health Tuesday reported a balance of 180 dead and 3401 injured, following the blasts.
