HM The King Congratulates Donald Tusk Over Appointment As President Of Council Of Europe

PERSISMA, Rabat – HM King Mohammed VI sent a congratulatory message to Donald Tusk on the occasion of his appointment as president of the Council of Europe.

In this message, the sovereign extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes of success to Tusk in his new mission.

HM the King underlined that this appointment crowns an exceptional political career and said he is convinced that the new president’s human qualities, experience and professional competences will help him fulfill his new mission and contribute to the EU’s regional and international influence.

The monarch seized this opportunity to voice his satisfaction with the excellent relations of partnership between Morocco and the EU, based on fruitful cooperation, understanding and unwavering solidarity.
