Nigerian President to Pay Official Friendship and Working Visit to Morocco on Sunday and Monday
PERSISMA, Rabat – President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, H.E. Muhammadu Buhari, will pay on June 10-11 an official friendship and working visit to Morocco at the invitation of HM King Mohammed VI, the ministry of royal household, protocol and chancellery announced.
On this occasion, HM the King will hold official talks with his illustrious guest and will co-chair with the Nigerian President the signing ceremony of several agreements, the source added in a statement.
The Sovereign will offer, at the Rabat Royal Palace, an official Iftar (fast-breaking meal) in honour of the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the delegation accompanying him.
The visit reflects the depth and quality of bilateral relations which are based on a strong and lasting partnership, thanks to the common desire to consolidate the multidimensional relations between the two countries, the source pointed out.
