HM the King, Commander of the Faithful, donates 10K copies of holy Koran to be distributed in Mali’s mosques

PERSISMA, Bamako (21/02/2014) – HM King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, donated to the authorities in charge of the management of Mali’s religious affairs, following the Friday prayer which HM the King performed along with Malian president Ibrahim Boubacar Keita, ten thousands copies of the holy Koran, issued by the Mohammed VI Foundation for Holy Koran Publishing in order to distribute them in Mali’s mosques.

This is the first batch of holy Koran copies offered as part of the implementation of the royal instructions, to the said Foundation, on meeting the needs of the western African countries for Koran copies according to the Warsh version from Nafi, chosen by the Kingdom and these countries.
