Morocco Join The Club of The Automotive Manufacturers

PERSISMA – The French group launched, in 2016, “Ecosystem Renault” a major project in the automotive sector, inaugurated by King Mohamed VI, the new project is to develop a global supply platform.

His Majesty King Mohammed VI also inaugurated the PSA plant which constitutes the heart of the ecosystem created in this zone since it will eventually produce 200,000 vehicles, will create 4,000 direct jobs and 20,000 indirectly with all the suppliers established around and above all will create a large core of research and development with its 600 engineers and the 1,700 developing within PSA providers. This entry into service is likely to position itself more in the world of the automotive industry.

The Sovereign has also launched the extension of this industrial complex of last generation, whose production capacity will be doubled even before 2023. In other words, as a global business of Morocco contributing largely to the country’s trade balance, the car industry is taking a new turn today.
